This class offers an introduction to key Buddhist concepts that can be applied in daily life. You will learn how the Buddha’s teachings can help you develop mindfulness, focus, and compassion to face challenges with clarity and resilience. Topics such as the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, the Five Hindrances, and Dependent Origination will be explored. The course will also guide you in building the skills to study and understand the Suttas on your own.

It offers practical techniques from Buddhism to reduce stress, anxiety, and low moods while strengthening mindfulness and focus.
