This is a wonderful opportunity to restore peace of mind after a long and busy week. Meditation can help relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and ease feelings of depression. Through the guidance of the Buddha’s teachings, you will discover practical ways to cultivate calmness and maintain inner peace, even during life’s most challenging moments.

Join us for a guided meditation session with a monk trained in the Theravada tradition. Each practice will be introduced with clear instructions, giving you the confidence to continue meditation on your own. Complimentary booklets covering different types of meditation will be provided. This program is open to all levels of experience, and everyone is warmly welcome. No registration required.
